The amethyst mine of Lampivaara, located in Pyhä-Luosto is a fascinating travel destination. There are 160 wooden steps to climb before reaching the magnificent place for the concert on the slopes of Lampivaara, surrounded by the most beautiful landscape of the area. After the concert the visitors may search and dig own amethyst stone and take it with as a memento.

Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory, Sodankylä
Sodankylä geophysical observatory is an independent research organisation part of Oulu university, which has performed continuous long-term measurements for over 110 years. The observatory concentrates on international research on space, geophysics and atmosphere. One of the targets is auroral research. The concert will take place in Tähtelä, a beautiful log-house, also hiusing the meteorologial institute.
